Seneca Clipper Inn - Watkins Glen

Our 3 nights were chill with a great deadbolt, but the room smelled musty.

We had 2 beautiful days here, recommend the place. Coffee and muffins were a nice touch. The service was absolutely great. Besides, there was parking across the road. Good and ideal location in the heart of town was a plus.

The hotel was placed in the central location in the heart of town.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. You're just a short 15-minute stroll to the beautiful watkins glen state park.

The room I got was incredibly comfortable and fancy with a great mattress and the air-conditioner, as example. The staff was nice and thorough and the owner too.

Facilities were well-kept, nonetheless Wi-Fi was weak.

Close proximity to Captain Bills, grocery store in plaza, good ice-cream store across the street

The outdated rooms need serious attention!!! Carpets are old, bathroom fixtures are tired, and the musty smell just won't quit!!! Air conditioner dims the lights-talk about unsettling!!!

The location was walkable to eateries and attractions.

The rooms are a nightmare with serious upkeep issues! The carpets are so worn. It was like I was stepping back in time. I also had issues with a noisy air conditioner that even dimmed the lights-what a terrible surprise! On top of that, the bathroom fixtures looked dated and not well-maintained. It was disappointing to deal with these problems .

Great location to downtown attractions. The staff were cute and accommodating. The recent upgrades in the room.

I was almost going to leave a glowing review, but alas, the pillows were thinner than a pancake and my TV malfunctioned for two days. The furniture was so noisy it could wake the dead. One would think they woudl ve been more eager to provide a welcome gift-i guess not. Truly disappointing.

Quick walk to ice cream!

Awesome location! It's a chill walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the park entrance. Room was clean with good air conditioning, a microwave, and refrigerator. Shower pressure was nice too.

Clean room, great A/C and free Wi-Fi. No pets allowed was a downside.

The location was walkable to eateries, and the hanging flower baskets added lovely charm. The gazebo was a great spot to unwind with drinks while people-watching.

The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the free coffee and muffins in the morning! I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy gazebo with a book and soaking up the sun in the garden area. One tiny thing was the shower pressure could’ve been better, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

The staff was cute. My room was super clean and gave off a fresh vibe. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed the lovely gazebo for drinks and relaxation while appreciating the beautiful flower baskets.

The shower pressure could use some improvement.
